During your tenure as a Senior Associate within Value Creation Services’ Major Programs team, you will support on complex transactions, as well as restructuring and transformation projects within the region. Our team supports clients to plan, execute, and generate value from their programs, such as infrastructure projects, major events, IPO preparation, restructuring, etc.
Our extensive experience, first-hand insights and tested methodologies give us a distinct advantage to serve a diverse range of client needs. Our VCS team is comprised of highly skilled business professionals with cross-border implementation experience and wide-ranging skills. We are looking for a senior candidate motivated to support on the headline grabbing transactions, restructuring and transformation programs of tomorrow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transformation programs.
- Process improvement.
- Delivery of business plans / high-profile strategic initiatives.
- Program set up.
- Program delivery and implementation.
- M&A and transactions including IPOs, privatizations, Public Private Partnerships, carveouts and mergers, acquisitions and integrations, Incorporation and set up of entities / new business, Investment portfolio optimization, Recovery and litigation, Governance model setup and implementation along with financial investigation management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience (PMO / Project Management).
- Advisory background is preferable: with other big 4 companies or strategy houses.
- Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Good managerial, organizational, project management and analytical skills are essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability and willingness to travel inside and outside of Egypt on a frequent basis with tight deadlines and demanding client requests.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in high pace and dynamic environment.
