- End-to-End Development: Undertake end-to-end web application development, from requirement analysis and design to implementation and deployment.
- Technology Stack Mastery: Proficiency in multiple layers of the technology stack, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular), back-end frameworks / Languages (Java, Python, C#, Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Architecture Design: Design scalable and maintainable application architectures, ensuring efficient communication between the front-end and back-end components.
- API Development: Develop robust and efficient APIs to enable seamless communication between different parts of the application and potentially with third-party services.
- User Experience (UX): Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces by implementing responsive designs, optimizing page load times, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Version Control and Collaboration: Utilize version control systems like Git for collaborative development, ensuring code quality and smooth integration of features from multiple team members.
- Testing and Debugging: Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
- Security Considerations: Implement security best practices, including data encryption, user authentication, and authorization mechanisms, to safeguard the application from potential threats.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to enhance speed and responsiveness.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Front-End Development: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the ability to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Back-End Development: Experience with at least one back-end language/framework combination, like Java, Python, Node.js/Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Flask, to build server-side logic and APIs.
- Database Management: Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including the ability to design, query, and manage databases efficiently.
- Version Control: Competence in using Git for version control, branching, and collaborating effectively with other team members on codebases.
- Web Application Architecture: Understanding of how to design and structure web applications, including routing, middleware, and separation of concerns between front-end and back-end.
- API Development: Ability to create and document APIs for communication between different parts of the application or external services.
- Basic DevOps Skills: Experience with basic deployment practices, including setting up hosting environments, managing domain configurations, and deploying applications to platforms like Heroku or AWS.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying and resolving bugs, errors, and performance issues across the entire application stack.
- Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques to ensure the application looks and functions well across various devices and screen sizes.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with industry trends and learning new technologies through online courses, coding communities, and self-driven projects.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to several audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
