During your tenure as Purpose Culture & Inclusion (PCI) Experienced Associate, you support develop and implement People and Purpose related programs (purpose, well-being, diversity, inclusion, people experience and engagement, sustainability and corporate responsibility CRS, employee value proposition); and assist in the program management activities for centrally deployed Deloitte Middle East wide projects. - Work closely with the Purpose, Culture & Inclusion (PCI) team to support with research and communication material, and the preparation of engaging presentations, high-end reports, and summary analysis, in alignment with Deloitte Global ambition and strategy.
- Assist in the development of new innovative Purpose, Culture & Inclusion (PCI) initiatives that support Deloitte’s overarching People & Purpose strategy.
- Develop and execute internal PC&I communication plans aimed at enhancing awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling social media content under the supervision of the team manager that supports external people & purpose communication efforts, with a focus on DEI messaging.
- Develop news content for monthly internal PC&I newsletters and other internal communication on topics such as wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.
- Support stakeholder identification and development of change management plans for people & purpose related programs and initiatives.
- Support with PC&I initiatives, managing team organized activations and initiatives locally and regionally on topics such as Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.
- Coordinate with business HR teams and relevant stakeholders to collect data and status updates to ensure successful implementation of people & purpose programs.
- Stay abreast of regional and global DEI, Wellbeing and CRS trends, and maintain updated records of contact information of vendors to be utilized for people & purpose initiatives.
- Conduct internal compliance checks for new and existing people & purpose initiatives and engagements.
- Contribute to the launch of benchmarking surveys by being the project lead with external entity, including technology and privacy coordination, supporting with internal audit, survey testing, and communication plan.
- Test new technologies and recommend best practices for people & purpose initiatives.
- Conduct research on various PC&I projects and provide ad-hoc reports in line with the business needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential; Studies in Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Science, Public Policy, Communication, or related fields, can also be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience including HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm, with specialization in Diversity & Inclusion, psychology or other social science is a great plus.
- Experience and passion for making an impact in any of these areas would be an asset: Diversity and inclusion program design and implementation, well-being/ wellness program design and implementation, sustainability, climate change, corporate responsibly, accessibility, disability and neurodiversity, employee engagement surveys, program design and implementation, communication strategy development and execution, change management
- Ability to communicate in an inclusive, accessible and professional manner with employees, team leaders and managers.
- Demonstrated inclusive leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
- Perfect command of Arabic and English.
