What will your typical day look like?

You play an integral role on our Talent team supporting the immigration, work permit, and onboarding process across our dynamic workforce. You are the focal point of contact for incoming hires and current employees as it relates to inquiries on work permits and related administrative matters. You’ll work collaboratively with Talent and business leaders, cross culturally with professionals across the global, and liaise with local government departments and stakeholders. The world of professional services and today’s global economy are constantly evolving, having an impact on the way we work, hire, and conduct business. As a result, in this role, no two days are alike! This is a critical position that makes an impact on our people and our businesses. You are someone with:
  • A high school diploma/certificate; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field would be preferred. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR or in a related position, including in depth experience with immigration.
  • Knowledge of the immigration/work permit process and relevant local labour laws.
  • Experience preparing and submitting work permit applications, drafting documents, and creating and reviewing templates.
  • Proven client service, time management, and administrative skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an environment of pressing deadlines, changing priorities; working well under pressure, ambiguity, and multi-tasking daily
