What will your typical day look like?
You will provide ongoing administrative support in support of our Financial Advisory service, including billing, filing, data entry, preparing excel spreadsheets and other administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for cashiering tasks for all liquidation engagements and other assignments. You will prepare vouchers, invoices, undertake bank reconciliations, and act as the first point of contact for the bank. You will also provide support to the team with respect to client processes including onboarding new clients. You will work closely with both the local and regional Caribbean and Bermuda Countries team. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A minimum of 1-3 years relevant administrative and/or corporate billing experience; preferably in a large-scale organization
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technologies
Preferred:
- Knowledge of various entity legal structures (holding companies, trusts, funds) an asset
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience an asset
